Many bacteria are also found in the soil. Therefore, inappropriate washing of the food before cooking can also serve as microbial transmission route. Spoiled milk, rotten vegetables or meat also aid in the transmission. Under cooked fish or half cooked vegetables also help to spread the food poisoning bacteria. Canned foods have to be checked for puffing before consumption.
