In the start, the exercise can be done in moderate vigor and the number can be increased gradually. Care should be taken not to pressurize the area. Forward and backward bending, with deliberate gentle pressure on the shoulder bones can be a valuable practice for hip bursitis. For hip bursitis, Pilate leg circles, Pilates sidekicks, are some of the powerful Pilate exercises. Hip flexor stretch, straight leg raises, standing resisted hip flexion, are some of the effective ones for lliopsoas bursitis. In addition to the above exercises, piriformis muscle stretch, can be useful and effective for bursitis.
